SANITARY FAST CLEAN VALVE FOR POWDERS

Easy Slide Rotor enables cleaning of the heavy duty rotary valves without tools or lifting equipment. Specially designed for dairy, food, pharmaceutical, nutritional products and other ingredients. with feeding shoe also suitable for feeding material into pneumatic conveying systems, operation possible without leakage gas venting.
Powder Handling Solution：A rail system makes it much easier to clean the rotor, perform maintenance or repairs, adjust the rotor tips, and inspect the valve's internals.

•	Available in 4 flange diameters from 150mm to 300mm; and 4 heights, from 300mm to 520mm	•	304, 316,304L,316L cast stainless steel valve housing and endplate
•	Standard Valves manufactured in Stainless Steel 304	•	6 vane, 10 vane or 12 vane rotor.
•	Heavy duty slide rail assembly	•	Rotor design: close ended, radius pocket, scalloped, and adjustable-tip
•	Twin track linear bearing assembly	•	Replaceable rotor wear tips
•	Drilled flanges in accordance with GB PN10, ANSI 150#, DIN PN10, JIS10K	•	Interior coatings: hard chrome, tungsten, and Teflon
•	Outboard bearings are standard and a full range of shaft seal options is available	•	Air purge shaft sealing
•	Pressure differentials up to 1.5bar (21PSI).	•	Valve housing vent ports
•	Open ended rotor with 8 vans	•	Accessories: Drop-out box, speed monitor, vent box, Air purge regulation station.
